Refresh + Reset LLC is a locally owned, licensed and insured cleaning team delivering meticulous residential and commercial care across the Cedar Rapids and Marion corridor.
Refresh + Reset LLC is a small but mighty team of six dedicated cleaners and a full-time admin assistant — built to deliver the kind of consistent, white-glove service the Cedar Rapids and Marion communities deserve.
Whether we're preparing a high-end home for the weekend or maintaining a busy commercial space, every visit follows the same rigorous checklist, the same trusted faces, and the same quiet attention to the things most people miss.
Tailored cleaning plans — never templated. Built around your space, your schedule, and what matters most to you.
Recurring weekly or bi-weekly service with seasonal deep cleans built in — for the homes you take pride in.
Offices, boutiques, clinics, and professional spaces — kept polished, healthy, and ready for business. Janitorial contracts a minimum of two nights per week (three preferred).
Maintenance cleaning at $65/hr. Deep cleans and add-ons at $75/hr. All plans carry a 3 labor hour minimum per clean.
Maintenance only.
Seasonal deep-clean add-ons available at $75/hr.
Highest priority.
Before recurring service begins, homes that have not been maintained professionally on a bi-weekly basis require an initial deep clean. This allows us to reset the home first so ongoing maintenance cleanings are efficient and consistent.
The cost varies depending on the condition of the home and is billed at a higher rate than standard maintenance service. We'll provide an exact quote after your in-person walkthrough.
Commercial janitorial plans are custom-quoted — minimum 2 nights per week, 3 preferred.
No surprises, no shortcuts — just a quiet, consistent reset every time we leave.
Licensed and insured. Every team member trained in-house.
Hand-finished surfaces, edge-to-edge attention, and a checklist that never skips a step.
Cedar Rapids and Marion only. We live here, our neighbors are our clients.
